I am obsessed with high achievement which has allowed me to be very successful in my career reaching the executive level in finance. That obsession also led to burn-out, neglected health and my relationships suffering.

I knew there had to be a better way to create the life of my dreams, perform at the highest level, be in great health, full of energy and have meaningful relationships.
